Profiling - automatic decision making
The Company may use profiling in conducting its business. The main categories are:
- a) Risk Profiling to establish a customer's attitude to investment risk (relates to pensions and investments). We have automated calculators which calculate the client's attitude to various levels of risk having answered a series of questions.
- b) Establishing affordability and providing quotations for financial services products. Automated systems are used to provide quotations and pension reporting for insurance and pension contracts.
